Financial Transactions
Deposits

Withdrawals
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawal processing time: completed within 5–30 minutes.

- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple withdrawal requests may be made on the same day; however, each request will be verified separately.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳26,000 or more and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳41,000.
The welcome bonus applies only once per account. To withdraw the bonus balance, wagering (betting) of 10 times the original bonus amount must be completed.
General Bonus Terms
- After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit. Once the period expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- After claiming one bonus, no other bonus may be kept active at the same time.
- Any attempt to earn bonuses using a VPN, proxy or unauthorized software will result in permanent closure of the relevant account.
- bip999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program
bip999's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Prohibited Activities
What Is Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bip999 platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Collusion (gaining an unfair advantage through secret coordination with other players).
- Playing games using bots or automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or other benefits.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.

Technical Issues
If the internet connection is lost during a game or a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, the system will automatically attempt to restart the game. If that is not possible, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded.
Sports Betting
Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup, UEFA and others) and kabaddi among various other sports. Live betting during matches is also available. Placing a bet after the designated time is not possible.
Bet Cancellation
If an event is cancelled or postponed, the amount placed on that bet will be returned to the user's account. However, bets on matches that have already been completed cannot be changed or cancelled.
